- Text “EPREBILL MONTH EMAIL ID” to 121,
After Sending this SMS to 121, immediately you will receive an email with Call history attachment pdf and also you will get an SMS with password. open that pdf and enter that password to see complete call history.

Your call history can be checked online using the Airtel Thanks app. Most of the users don’t know about this process. Therefore, we will talk about how to get the call history of any number using the Airtel Thanks app.

You can download a PDF format document of your call history for one month or six months from the Airtel Thanks app using the steps given below.
- Go to the Help section and tap the Chat icon
- Type “Call history” in the chat box
- You will receive a message with instructions on how to send an SMS to 121
Check Airtel call history using official website
Call history for your prepaid and postpaid Airtel number can also be accessed using the official website. Here’s how.
Step 1: On your laptop, open a browser and go to Airtel’s website
Step 3: Enter your Airtel mobile number you wish to see the call history of and hit ‘Send OTP‘
Step 4: Next, you’ll need to grab your phone to view the OTP. Enter the OTP in the given field
Step 5: Once logged in, select the ‘Usage Details‘ option
Step 6: Locate the option to view call history
Step 7: Select the date range and the website will provide you with a detailed history of calls you’ve made and received.
Follow these steps to check call history:
- Open the Airtel Thanks app on your phone. If the app is not updated, make sure to update it from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Once updated, please open the app.
- Directly, tap on the Help tab of the app. It is located at the bottom of the app screen in the extreme right corner.
- The Help tab as the name suggests, helps the users to raise a complaint against any Airtel services and track the status of the request regularly. You can also use the Help section to start a chat to get an appropriate response to your queries. This Help section can also assist you to get the call history of your mobile number.
- Once you are in the Help section, tap on the Chat icon.
- A new tab will open for you. Here, you will have a list of pre-recorded queries like transaction history, recharge history, etc. Ignore these and tap on the chat box.
- Type Call history here. You can also use the voice feature. Once you type call history, you will see the following text:
“To receive the call details for your Airtel Prepaid on your email ID, SMS EPREBILL (space) MONTH (space) EMAIL ID to 121. There are no charges for the bill. You will receive the call details for all chargeable transactions done from your account.” - According to the above message, you need to send an SMS to 121 with the specific format to get a report for your call history.
- If your number is 9535659098 and email ID is xyz@gmail.com, your message will look like this – EPREBILL OCTOBER xyz@gmail.com . You need to type this SMS and send the message to 121 from the messaging app in your phone.
- After sending the SMS, wait for a few seconds or minutes. You will receive a similar response as this – “Hi, Ebill for 9535659098 for the month of Sep’22 has been sent to your email ID: hari97989@gmail.com. Your ebill password is XXXXXXXX. Your ebill password is usually your DOB and last 4 digits of your phone number.
- Now open Gmail on your phone or laptop. You must have received the mail from Airtel. Scroll down to open the PDF. Enter the password.
- And voila, you now have a detailed report of your call history for the month of September 2022.
How to get Airtel call history for the last 6 months?
